The original Delta North was forced to close as a result of upcoming federal regulatory changes affecting the delta-8 hemp category. Once those changes were on the horizon, continuing to operate Delta North in its previous form was no longer a viable path forward.
Rather than allow the name, the work, and the community built around it to simply disappear, a different path was chosen.
The Delta North brand was acquired by Delta North Tea, a premium organic wellness tea company committed to carrying forward what mattered most about the original: an obsession with verified ingredients, transparent third-party testing, and a community that cares deeply about how a product actually makes them feel.
