Every order ships free via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the United States.
We do not guarantee delivery times, but most customers receive their orders faster than standard shipping options.
Once your order is placed and processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Most orders are packaged and handed off to USPS within 1 business day, but processing times can vary based on order volume, carrier delays, or inventory levels.
If we expect an unusual delay, we’ll notify you by email.
Due to varying regional regulations, we currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
If your address is incorrectly entered at checkout, we are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by USPS.
If you believe your package is delayed, lost, or misdelivered, contact USPS first. If they cannot resolve it, reach out to our support team and we’ll do everything we can to help.
We want every Delta North Tea customer to be fully satisfied. If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of you.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must have been purchased directly from DeltaNorthTea.com.
Returns are limited to one item per customer for first-time purchases unless otherwise approved.
We may require the unused portion to be shipped back before issuing a refund or replacement.
Shipping fees on returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear.
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
We’ll ship out a replacement or correct the issue promptly.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens, contact USPS to file a claim. If they are unable to assist, reach out to us and we’ll help as much as reasonably possible.
